5 “C”s Of A High Performing Team

What makes a high performing team? How do you create one? There are clues to what high performing teams do to deliver success. Attendees will learn what are the 5 things high performing team do, but how they apply to their own teams. They will leave with a checklist of tasks to implement on their return.

Communication Styles

There are four different types of personalities or communication styles on every team. Great leaders need to have the ability to adapt their coaching style to fit each style. The discussion will center on categories in terms of characteristics and how to communicate in order to be successful.

8 Step “Side-by-Side” Coaching Process

Training is not telling employees what to do. The “Side-by-Side” Coaching system is designed to help employees understand, retain and implement the skills leaders need their team to execute. It removes unneeded stress and frustration for both employees and leaders. It improves communication skills and creates a more positive interaction between leaders and team members.

 

Personal Accountability

The most successful leaders have an innate sense of personal accountability. What is not often discussed, is having a specific structure and plan to follow is key. Team members focus not on what leaders say but on what they do. Leaders need to understand their actions and to their team are key to their success.
